By booking a service with Autoshine, you agree to the following terms:


1. Vehicle Inspection
Customers are required to inspect their vehicle upon completion of the service. Any concerns, damage, or dissatisfaction with the wash must be raised immediately with the Autoshine team on-site.
We will not be held responsible for any claims made after our team has left the location. Any car specific damage thereafter to paintwork or electrics will not be the responsibility of Autoshine.


 2. Service Area & Access
Our mobile services require safe and legal access to the vehicle. If a location is deemed unsuitable, we reserve the right to decline or reschedule the appointment.


3. Weather Conditions
In the event of adverse weather or unsafe working conditions, appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion.


 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.


5. Liability
While we take every precaution with your vehicle, Autoshine is not liable for any pre-existing damage or wear.
